Shipping policy
All items are sent via overnight, one day shipping with a 2-3 day processing time. In instances where multiple reptiles are ordered, you may receive them in different packages. Tracking numbers will be provided for your convenience. If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to contact us!
- All prices listed are in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping fees unless otherwise specified.
- All animals are guaranteed to be feeding, healthy and accurately match any description and/or pictures prior to shipping, unless previously discussed and agreed upon by customer and J&M Dragons. We do not guarantee animal temperament.
- Please open shipping boxes and inspect all animals immediately upon receipt of shipment. If you have any concerns regarding your order, you must notify us within 12 hours of receipt of your shipment. If we have not heard from you within 12 hours of you receiving your shipment, we will consider your transaction complete. In the unlikely event that an animal is DOA, photographic proof will be required. Animals DOA will be replaced or credit issued at our discretion.
